Talent Center’s expert acts as a liaison between the hiring company and the recruit. For instance, we provide services such as translating work instructions and conducting orientations. At Talent Center, employment contracts, lease commitments, and other documents are available in both Finnish-Polish and Finnish-English translations. Certain documents are also available in Finnish- Bulgarian translations for Bulgarian employees.

Accomodation
We ensure that we place special emphasis on the employee’s accommodation preferences. Each of our employees is provided with at least their own room. We furnish the apartments according to requirements before the employee arrives in Finland. Together with the employee, we sign a commitment detailing the rental and payment method, notice period for terminating the lease agreement, smoking prohibition, final cleaning, for instance.
