HR Specialist

Do you want to work in a competent and communal team and be involved in creating the best possible employee and customer experience?

As an HR specialist, you act as an important partner for both our customers and our personnel and promote the implementation of our company's strategy. Your area of responsibility includes international recruitment and other tasks related to recruitment and orientation.

You will perform the following tasks as an HR specialist.

  • Advising supervisors and employees at different stages of the employment life cycle.
  • Reporting and communicating with customers and employees.
  • Actively staying in touch with our agencies across Europe and Asia and striving to find the best talent for our clients.

You will be most successful in the position if you have at least 3–5 years of previous experience in diverse HR tasks, international recruitment, handling employee entry processes, and visionary and pioneering knowledge of your own field of expertise. You are active, solution-oriented, and able to take things forward independently and also roll up your sleeves in operational tasks. You understand the importance of teamwork and extend a helping hand in tight situations. You use social media platforms as a natural part of developing your employer image and recruitment.

You can work in our Pori, Helsinki or Tampere office.
