Head Hunting and Direct Search are handled by Talent Center’s own CEO-administration from Executive Director to Head of Unit. For Staff Leasing we have our own team with deep experience, which guarantees professional personnel.  In international recruiting Talent Center is represented by a multilingual specialist, who translates the necessary documents and works as interpreter between employer and employee.

Talent Center is a personnel service house founded in 2010 and specializing in forward looking recruiting. Our offices are located in Tampere and Pori, however our customers are coming from all around Finland.

Personal assessments

Different kinds of personal assessments, such as the testing of personality, motivation and aptitude form a significant part of the recruiting process as well as personnel development. We use the market-leading Cut-e tool for our assessments.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching offers a wide educational module which is mainly oriented towards developing a person’s individual strengths. Sales teams and sales directors are trained by TC coaches who have gained their extensive experience through their own sales careers.
